1. Visiting Fee Policy

A visiting fee of ₹299 is charged for every service booking. This fee is non-refundable. However, if you avail any repair or service, the visiting fee will be waived off from your total bill.

2. Service Warranty

All repair services come with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will fix it at no additional charge.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made through the JustCallTech app. Cancellations must be made before the technician is dispatched to avoid the visiting fee charge.

4. Service Area

JustCallTech currently operates in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Services may not be available in all areas.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate address and contact information. Users must be present at the service location during the scheduled time slot.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and online payment methods.

7. Limitation of Liability

JustCallTech is not liable for any pre-existing damage to devices. Our liability is limited to the service charges paid.
